Facts

On January 23, 2008, client was driving on Interstate 805 when his vehicle ran out of gas and stalled in the #3 lane of the freeway, where it was struck from behind at freeway speeds by a drunken driver. After the initial collision, a third vehicle struck client’s vehicle.

Injury

Client suffered a severe traumatic brain injury and other injuries.

Settlement Information

This case settled for insurance policy limits at $150,000.
