At Estey & Bomberger, LLP we have the capital, resources and expertise to do the extensive workup and investigation that large damage cases require. We understand that without the work up, our clients will not receive the maximum settlement or verdict that their case deserves. Likewise we are acutely aware that future referrals will be based on past results from our office.

Estey & Bomberger, L.L.P. pays a standard 33% referral fee for almost all serious personal injury cases. However, some cases dictate that a higher or lower fee be offered depending on the liability, damages and/or costs of a particular case. In the past, our firm has paid referral fees between 15% to 60%, but most cases receive a fee of 33%.

Qualified Attorneys in Other States

Estey & Bomberger, LLP regularly seeks qualified counsel in other states to act as co-counsel on our out-of-state cases. Co-counsel with local attorneys allows us to be admitted pro hac vice and also provides our clients with expertise regarding the local courts.
