to other lawyers in accordance with the California
Rules of Professional Conduct and the State Bar
of California.

At Estey & Bomberger, LLP we have the capital,

We understand that without the work up, our clients

aware that future referrals will be based on past
results from our office.
Estey & Bomberger, L.L.P. pays a standard
33% referral fee for almost all serious personal
injury cases. However, some cases dictate that
a higher or lower fee be offered depending on the
liability, damages and/or costs of a particular
case. In the past, our firm has paid referral fees
between 15% to 60%, but most cases receive a fee
of 33%.
Qualified Attorneys in Other States
Estey & Bomberger, LLP regularly
seeks qualified counsel in other states to act
as co-counsel on our out-of-state cases. Co-counsel
with local attorneys allows us to be admitted pro
hac vice and also provides our clients with expertise
